The Osun State Police Command have arrested a pastor, identified as Timothy Abiola for allegedly shooting his colleague, Pastor Bamiji Ilori to death.

The incident happened at Ikire, in Irewole local government area of Osun State, and was disclosed by the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Osun Police, SP Folasade Odoro.
Odoro said Pastor Abiola killed 64-year-old Ilori at Olukunle village in Ikire, adding that the deceased and his assailant were friends.
She said the remains of the deceased had been deposited at the mortuary of the Catholic Hospital, Oluyoro area, in Apomu town, for autopsy, while the gun suspected to have been used in carrying out the dastardly act was also recovered.
