A closed-circuit television in a shop near a shopping mall at Maryland area captured the moment the body of Abimbola was thrown off a moving commercial bus by her suspected killer(s) on the night of June 10.

Earlier, the deceased cloths seller had retired home from work. She was said to have received a call and shortly after left home only to be found dead on the street raising suspicion that she was murdered. Her body was not mutilated thereby reducing the possibility of ritual killing.
