African fastest woman, Blessing Okagbare married her friend of several years, three-time capped Super Eagles’ player, Igho Otegheri in a superlative wedding over the weekend in Delta where the newlyweds hail from.
The A-list wedding took place at Sapele. Starting with the traditional wedding at Adidi Street, friends and families gathered at St. Patrick Catholic Church for the white wedding before the train moved to Athletic Club for the reception.
Otegheri played in the domestic league for Wikki Tourists of Bauchi, Rangers International in Enugu, Dolphins F.C of Port Harcourt and Heartland FC in Owerri before seeking greener pastures with Beitar FC in Israel where he suffered a career threatening injury.
The striker first played for the Super Eagles on February 2, 2003 in a match against Costa Rica. He also played two other games for the senior national team between that time and 2004.
