Wife of a former Vice president and presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, Titi, on Friday came under attack of suspected political thugs in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
Mrs. Abubakar was in Oyo State to rally support for her husband’s presidential bid.
In the evening of Friday while returning from a meeting with Sarkin Sasa and the Hausa community in Ojoo area, in company of some PDP faithful, her convoy was reportedly attacked by hoodlums.
Report said some persons in the convoy were injured in the attack.
