Baptist students’ kidnap: Kidnappers contact school again for foodstuffs to feed victims

124, Bethel Baptist High School Kaduna

Abductors of 121 students of the Bethel Baptist High School, Maraban Rido, Kaduna State, have again contacted the institution management to demand for foodstuffs to feed their victims.

Recall that kidnappers in the early hours of Monday invaded the school and abducted the students only to reach out to the (school) management on Tuesday demanding for ransom and foods to feed the abductees.

On Wednesday, the gunmen returned again. This time they didn’t ask for money but only foodstuffs, according to the school proprietor of the school and President of the Kaduna State Baptist Conference, Rev. Ishaya Jangado, in an interview he granted newsmen.

Jangado explained that they menacingly told the management to supply them foodstuffs, rice, beans, oils or else the victims would starve.
