All Progressives Congress, APC chieftain, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, has ruled out President Muhammadu Buhari staying in office beyond the requirement of the constitution.
It is believed that Tinubu has his eyes set on succeeding Buhari come 2023 with rumour rife that their relationship is soured.
The former Lagos governor while speaking with State House correspondents during his visit to the President at the Villa alongside former Osun State governor, Bisi Akande, denied rumoured rift between them.
He went on to express his conviction that the incumbent would perpetuate himself in office when his tenure came to an end.
His word, “You can depend on Buhari that he will not spend one hour beyond his tenure. He will comply with the constitution.”
