President Buhari is currently in UK for medical vacation after he sent letter to the senate seeking a ten day leave between Monday, January 23 to Monday, February 6 2017.

But rumour emerged at the weekend claiming the 75-year-old had died in Germany.

Reacting to the rumour on their different twitter handles, President Buhari’s media aides, Femi Adesina and Mallam Garba Shehu dismissed it.

They added that the president is in good health.

Adesina tweeting from his twitter handle, @FemAdesina said: “Best wishes to all who wish PMB well. As for those who carry evil rumours, may they receive grace to repent.”

However, Shehu was sarcastic in his own response to Buhari’s death rumour in his tweet.

He said, “The president cannot be holidaying in the United Kingdom and be in Germany, dead or alive at the same time.”

He added, “Buhari was unlike a past president who was ‎at Ota with Chief Obasanjo and attending the Trump inauguration in Washington DC, being in two places at the same time.”
