The Federal High Court in Jalingo has ordered that the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Taraba State, Alhaji Sani Abubakar Danladi, was unfit to contest for the polls scheduled for this Saturday.
The judgment was handed down on Wednesday.
Danladi, a former governor of the state, is also facing financial fraud charges press against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
Recall that earlier in the week the Kano State governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, a son-in-law of the immediate governor of the state, Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso suffered similar fate.
