Senator Dino Melaye has insisted on parading himself as a graduate of America’s ivy league university, Harvard, and London School of Economics.
Recall Melaye’s claim that he is an alumnus of both universities was hurriedly denied by both as Harvard set the record straight saying he only completed a week-long leadership seminar in November 2016.

Despite the denial, the senator representing Kogi West, who appeared as a guest on Politics Today, a programme on Channels Television on Friday, maintained his stance saying he is graduate of both universities.
“Even a mechanic or a plumber who undergoes apprenticeship is given a certificate when he graduates from his training.
“Anyone who attends a particular institution and is given a certificate that he attended the programme, whether it is diploma, a degree or PhD, as long as you have been given a certificate, you are a graduate of that institution because you carry a certificate of that institution,” he said.
