The management of Ikeja Electric has said areas under its network will experience power interruption following its plan to carry out maintenance work.
The company’s spokesman, Mr. Felix Ofulue, who made the disclosure in a chat with newsmen on Friday in Lagos said that the interruption would take place from March 6 to April 4.

Ofulue listed the areas that would experience power interruption during this period as follows: Ojodu, Magodo, Alausa, Oke-Afa, Bolorunpelu, Egbe, Igando, Shasha, Ipaja, Alimosho, Agege, Egbeda, Abesan, Ayetoro, Abule-Taylor, Ogba, Ifako, Shomolu, Gbagada, Oworonshoki, Ogudu, Isheri-Olowora, Berger, Anthony and Otta areas.
He appealed to consumers to bear with the company, adding that the maintenance work became necessary so as to serve them better.
His word, “We are appealing to consumers to bear with the company during the maintenance work. The maintenance will enhance improved service delivery.”
