This was revealed by the Ondo State Police Command on Tuesday when the murder suspect was paraded before the newsmen.

“It is unfortunate to note that the same suspect is notorious for heinous crimes. He killed his former wife, Abiye, sometime in 2000, which led to his being remanded in Olokuta Prison.

“He, however, escaped with other inmates during a jailbreak in 2013. The earlier murder case is also going to be revisited with a view to having him face the full weight of the law,” the state Commissioner of Police, Mr Undie Adie, told newsmen.

Adenuga in defence of his action, said he perpetrated the vile act because Titi walked out on him ending their amorous relationship despite having splashed out money on her.

He added that his ex’s elder sister, Jumoke who equally suffered casualty encouraged Titi to dump him.
