Kano assembly launch investigation into incessant failure of SS3 students


The Kano State House of Assembly has raised concern about the incessant failure of Senior Secondary School, SSS 3 students sitting for external exams in the state, particularly WASSCE.

As a result, the lawmakers have constituted a seven-member committee to investigate the trend.

Aminu Saadu Ungogo representing Ungogo constituency raised the alarm saying in the last five years exiting students who sat for WASSC have performed woefully.

 Member representing Albasu constituency, Sani Umar Bataya corroborated Aminu and went on to urge the House to demand explanation from the executive on the issue .
