Daughter of kidnapped Customs Officer tells her mother’s abduction story online

Faith, one of the children of a female customs official, Mrs. Comfort Alaba, who was abducted on Tuesday by unknown gunmen at Festac Town area of Lagos State, has given an eyewitness’ account of her mother’s abduction.

Faith, who went on her twitter handle, @Pyt_Faith immediately after her mother was abducted in her presence and that of her sister appealed to well-meaning Nigerians to help the family in rescuing her.

“We were at TFC at 22 Road, FESTAC outside in the car and two men came around. My sister ran out of the car. My mother was still screaming and struggling when the other one pointed a gun at me.

“We ran away and by the time we looked back as we were screaming for help, they zoomed off.”

“Please reach me and my family here on 08166098469. She was in a black Murano jeep. This is the plate number -EPE103CY. God, please, don’t let my enemies laugh at me. She is everything to us,” she tweeted.

Report says Mrs. Alaba recently separated from her husband. It said the children are in the custody of the husband and had gone to visit them when she was kidnapped.
