Metuh is standing trial over alleged money laundering in connection with the case of former National Security Adviser, Colonel Sambo Dasuki (rtd).
The court had heard from his lawyer, Emeka Etiaba, in January, that he was on admission at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital for an undisclosed ailment.
The former PDP spokesman was, however, wheeled to the court on Monday following the threat by Justice Okon Abang to revoke his bail if he fails to appear in court today.
