After receiving knocks following the recent ill-fated recruitment into Nigeria Immigration Service which claimed 16 lives, Interior Minister, Aba Moro’s mood is being soured again as the National Hospital has accused him of owing the hospital several millions of naira.
The spokesperson of the hospital, Dr. Tope Hastrup told newsmen yesterday in Abuja that the minister whose ministry was directed by the presidency to pick the medical bills of Nyanya bomb blast victims treated at the hospital has shirked his responsibility.
Dr. Hastrup added that efforts to ensure that the minister pay up the debts were frustrated necessitating the hospital management’s decision to address the press.
