The Osun State Government has ordered probe into the immediate and remote cause of the death of seven members of a family.
The deceased were found dead in their rooms at Apomu, Isokan Local Government Area of state on Tuesday in their sleep with the fumes from a generator believed to be responsible for their deaths.
However the state government is looking beyond the prima facie reason for it.
A statement the Commissioner for Health, Rafiu Isamotu, released stated that the government commiserated with the bereaved family and the community at large adding that an autopsy is being carried out on their bodies to determine whether there was any inapparent cause of their deaths.
