The Prosecutor, Corporal Salewa Hammed, told the court that around 3.00p.m. on October 10, at Asaka area, Ibadan, Busari unlawfully caused the death of Sadiat while they were having sex.
Hammed said the lovers were street sweepers and on the day of the incident, Busari took herbal aphrodisiacs to boost his sexual performance after both agreed on a date.
He said during their sex romp, Sadiat was bleeding blood from her vagina and later died on spot.
Hammed said that the offence committed contravened section 316 and was punishable under section 319 of the Criminal Code, Cap 38, Vol. II, Laws of Oyo State, 2000.
The Chief Magistrate, Mrs Abiona Richard, ordered the remand of Busari, and adjourned the case till Nov. 30 for mention.
