Business mogul and chairman, Oranto Petroleum, Prince Arthur Eze, has threatened to release sensational bombshells on Minister of Labour and Employment, Dr. Chris Ngige.
Ngige fired the first salvo when he took a swipe at the twelve Anambra traditional rulers, who paid courtesy visit on President Muhammadu Buhari and on return were suspended by Gov. Willie Obiano for travelling out of the state without approval.
The minister said their suspension was a slap on the wrist saying they deserved to be banished while Eze who facilitated the visit should not have been spared.
The billionaire has hit back at the former governor and senator saying he was inconsequential and was once beneficiary of his benevolence.
He went on, threatening to go public with alleged dirt on Ngige that would shock Nigerians.
The claims and threat were contained in a statement his media aide, Okpala Okechukwu, released, which reads in part: “if not for Arthur Eze’s benevolence Dr. Ngige would not have been able to pack out of his former two bedroom slump appointment in Festac village some years ago to a decent apartment in Lagos. Mention must also be made of how Arthur Eze helped to change his Volkswagen car.”
Continued: “Let us warn that if Chris Ngige makes any further unpleasant statement against our principal we shall be left with no option than to publish some facts and materials at our disposal which will shock Nigerians on the person and individual known as the labour minister.”
