Prof. Aina, who is the National Liberian/Chief Executive Officer, said this in Ilorin, the Kwara state capital at the reading promotion campaign organised by the board.
Prof Lenrie Aina while reiterating the importance of reading, explained that the board would take a campaign to motor parks across the nation in which drivers and would-be travelers will be told of the benefits of reading.
He explained that through reading, drivers and travelers would be able to assimilate and observe traffic rules and regulations.
According to him, “Passengers would equally be tutored on the need to read books and newspapers while traveling to reduce stress and boredom in the cause of their journeys,” he said.
