A former member of the House of Representative, Hon. Uche Onyeagocha has accused Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha of seeking third term by proxy.
Hon. Onyeagocha, a chieftain of All Progressive Congress, APC, made this allegation while speaking at the occasion of the 2017 World Press Freedom Day held at the NUJ Secretariat.

The former lawmaker accused Okorocha of running for third a term in 2019 saying he is hiding under his son in-law, Uche Nwosu(pictured) who is married to the governor’s first daughter, Uloma, and is his Chief of Staff.
He alleged that Ugwumbba Movement, a socio-political organisation in the state was set up by the governor to promote the candidacy of his son in-law, adding that the latter has taken over the functions of the state ministry of Information and Strategy.
