The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has named former Senate president, Bukola Saraki, as chairman of its six-man committee on national reconciliation.
In a tweet yesterday by the National Publicity Secretary, Kola Ologbondiyan, the party unveiled other members of the panel to include erstwhile Secretary to Government of the Federation, Senator Anyim Pius Anyim, ex-Governors Liyel Imoke (Cross River), Ibrahim Dankwambo (Gombe) and Ibrahim Shema (Katsina), as well as one-time House of Representatives Majority Leader, Mulikat Akande.
The committee is to reconcile warring factions, especially in the states.
