A 37-year-old security guard identified as Anthony Egbo, at Elebele Community in Ogbia Local Government Area of Bayelsa State has been killed with his head cut from his body.
The incident occurred on Wednesday under the cover of darkness on the premises of the Living Faith Church, otherwise known as Winners Chapel, founded by Bishop David Oyedepo.
It has all the trappings of ritual killing as some parts of Egbo’s remains were missing, among which is the throat.
It was further gathered that the mutilated body of the victim was found in the church premises around 5.00am.
