One Taofeek Sosanya, who was in Lagos State for a visit for the Eid-id-Fitri celebration, from Ogere in Ogun State, has been stabbed to death in what’s believed to be a cult related killing.

Sosanya (28), who was in Lagos to celebrate the occasion of the Muslim festival with his friend, Femi Idowu, at Alapere area in Ketu was killed on Sunday night by a yet to be identified persons outside his host’s residence.
According to Idowu, who brought Sosanya’s killing to the notice of the police, the deceased stepped out of the house to take fresh air at about 11.40pm due to power cut.
At that time, Idowu said he slept off but was rudely woken up by noise that followed violence that erupted in the area, adding that when the dust finally settled, his visitor was seen on the ground covered in blood and pronounced dead at the scene in front of his house at Modupe Street.
Intelligence report revealed that Sosanya, who was better known as Bullet in his friends’ circle was a cult member and may have been killed by rival cult members.
