The Lagos Internal Revenue Service (LIRS) since 2017 dragged the former Super Eagles star to court alleging him of tax evasion.
But on Wednesday, the State prosecutor, Y. A. Pitan, told the Igbosere High Court that the pair have resolved their issue.
Pitan said Okocha visited LIRS office to reconcile his accounts.
The prosecutor prayed the court for an adjournment to enable her file a notice of discontinuance of the three-count charge preferred against Okocha.
The request prompted Justice Adedayo Akintoye to withdraw the warrant of arrest earlier issued on the defendant.
The case was adjourned until November 14 to enable the prosecution file notice of discontinuance of the charge.
