The trustees of Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), and the church’s building engineers will be arraigned at an Ikeja High Court on Monday on charges of criminal negligence tied to the death of 116 people in the church guesthouse collapse in September 2014.

It would be recalled that after 10 months of sitting, Lagos State coroner Oyetade Komolafe, who is also chief magistrate, concluded with a call for the Synagogue Church of All Nations, and the church building engineers to be prosecuted.

But the church trustees that include Prophet TB Joshua challenged the findings and recommendation of the coroner at the Federal High Court but the application was dismissed on Monday November 11, 2015 paving the way for the commencement of trial.
