Bauchi State governor Bala Mohammed has explained his sack of twenty-one commissioners, his hitherto Chief of Staff and the Secretary to the State Government.
Mohammed took the occasion of the June 12 Democracy Day, which he marked at Zaki Local Government area of the state in Saturday, to explain himself.
The governor said the sacked persons were not career politicians and are political novice adding that he would replace them with people, who eat, sleep and breathe politics.
“Those that I stopped, they don’t know how to play politics and I cannot work with those type of people. I just have to get others, real politicians that can do the job together with me and bring out Bauchi from deadlock,” he said.
