Why Super TV CEO’s killer’s father was arrested – Police


The police said they arrested the father of Chidinma Ojukwu, the University of Lagos undergraduate found to have killed the Chief Executive Officer of Super TV, Usifo Ataga at a service apartment in Lekki area of Lagos where they both lodged to have fun.

Chidinma, a 21-year-old was arrested on Wednesday alongside her father at their residence at 57 Akinwunmi Street, Alagomeji, Yaba, Lagos.

According to the police source quoted by the Punchng the undergraduate’s father’s sin was that he resisted the arrest of his daughter when police stormed their house.

“She (Chidinma) stays with her dad. Her dad and mom don’t live together. Her father was arrested on Wednesday, because he resisted his daughter’s arrest. He never believed that his daughter committed any crime until Thursday. He is at Panti as we speak, but he was not paraded today (Thursday),” the source told the paper.
