According to local media the photos were taken of the footage from CCTV cameras in a council building in the central west city of Oruro in Bolivia.
Angry citizens have reported the act to the governor Víctor Hugo Vásquez, but until now no official statement has been made.

One user wrote: “I bet 99 per cent of all government workers do the same, with their secretaries of whoever. Its scary how high they get high on power,” whilst another user simply complained “its rude to talk about porn and then not share the link.”
