Four suspected cultists have been arrested for initiating a toddler into their group.
The incident happened at Sapele in Delta where the State Police Command has arrested the suspects after the video of the moment the child was being initiated by them went viral sparking public outrage.
The clip showed the toddler blindfold with the suspects pouring hot drink into his mouth.
“These suspects have been arrested for the evil they did to this innocent child.
“The Commissioner of Police, CP Olufemi Abaniwonda has ordered that they should be transferred to the headquarters immediately,” the Police Public Relations Officer in the State, SP Bright Edafe wrote in a statement he released.
