The residence of Yoruba separatist, Chief Sunday Adeyemo aka Sunday Igboho located at Soka area of Ibadan, the Oyo State capital was reportedly raided in early hours of Thursday by unknown gunmen.
The attack, according to the account of Igboho’s spokesperson, Mr Olayomi Koiki, in a live feed was perpetrated around 1:00am at a time the Yoruba activist was not at home.
The perpetrators Koiki said, were in military uniform and hood and wrecked property and valuables.
In their wake, Igboho’s G-wagon, Prado Jeep, some valuable properties including furniture, and windows were left damage.
Bullet holes were found in cars parked in the premises while bloodstains were seen at the premises, the spokesperson said with alleged pictorial evidence.
