A Nurse, Hadiza Musa, has lost her life to assailants who took her Iife in the course of robbing her of her phone.
The melancholy event happened at Zaria in Kaduna State where the victim lived.
Report said it occurred on Saturday while the deceased, who was the Deputy Head, Maternity unit at Gambo Sawaba General Hospital, Kofar gayan in Zaria was returning home from work.
Prior to her murder, she had called her husband who is based in Abuja around 6pm on the fateful day to inform him that she would go to the saloon to do her hair from where her next destination was an Islamic chemist in Filin Mallawa, Tudun wada area of Zaria,multiple accounts related.
Her killing sources said, took place while she took a bike home and was attacked along the line by her killers in attempt to snatch her phone.
“There were signs that her hands were squeezed, indicating someone forced her hands while trying to snatch the phone.
“They also hit her hard on the head, because she bled on the head, which to my assumption led to her death,” her widower, Hamza Ibrahim, told Daily Trust.
