A group, Kwara Youth Network has called on Kwara State Governor, Alh Abdulfatah Ahmed to intervene in the stoppage of Free Shuttle Bus provided by Labour Party Gubernatorial Candidate in Kwara State, Dr. Mike Omotosho..
In a statement issued by its Director of Publicity, Comrade Tunde Olarinoye, he noted that though the free shuttle services may be a campaign instrument but it has gone a long way to assist in solving the transportation problem of the teeming population of the youths in the state polytechnic.
He therefore called on other aspirants to emulate this good gesture by Dr. Omotosho.
The Association reiterated its commitment to bring Kwara youths under the same umbrella and further affirmed that the association is not affiliated to any political party and have members across all political parties in Nigeria.
The association commended the efforts of the state government in the establishment of the state owned university and urged the administration to do more to elevate Kwara to educationally advantage position.
