Five residents of Zaria in Kaduna State have lost their lives to bandits on Friday night.
The armed bandits stormed Unguwar Dangali section in Danmagaji area of the city between 10pm and 11pm.
The attack left five residents dead with six others including housewives abducted by the bandits.
Report said the abductees were having discussions at a joint when the attackers struck.
It was also said that the police in response to distress call arrived the scene after the assailants had left with their victims.
