A septuagenarian landlord, identified simply as Adesina, has impregnated a 14-year-old, daughter of his tenant.
The incident happened at Akegbeyale Street in Ifesowapo Akute, Ifo Local Government Area of the state.
The 71-year-old was on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, caught having sex with the teenage girl in the house bathroom at about 10:15 pm.
Report said, the teenager was in the bathroom to take a shower when the landlord entered into the place and was caught in the act by enthusiast(s).
Following the discovery, the minor was said to have been taken to Tamara Hospital in the area for medical examination, an investigation that revealed that she was six-week pregnant.
Mr. Adeshina, it was further gathered was arrested and is a candidate for prosecution.
