Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote has expressed his wish to buy English Premiership side, Arsenal FC despite being rebuffed by its owners in 2010.
The 55th richest man in the world made this known to Bloomberg Billionaires Index, the site that ranks the world’s richest people daily.
He said, “I still hope, one day at the right price, that I’ll buy the team. I might buy it, not at a ridiculous price but a price that the owners won’t want to resist. I know my strategy.”
