Concerns are being raised over the situation of the health of Beauty Ogere, the mother of ex-Super Eagles coach, and ex-international, Samson Siasia, who is being held in captive in the last two weeks by kidnappers.

Ogere’s abductors had demanded for N70m ransom, a sum they later brought down to N50m.
However, the family of the 80 year-old kidnap victim said they could not afford the ransom and offered N500,000.
At the weekend, one of them raised concern about the octogenarian’s health and went on to plead to the kidnappers to release the old woman on account of her age.
“We are begging the abductors to set our mother free. We dont have the kind of money they are asking for. They should please respect the age of the woman and release her,” he said.
