Omonigho Abraham(pictured) who was bitten by dogs at Igando in Lagos State and his skull was seriously wounded has been flown to India for adequate medical care.
Omonigho and his mother left the country on Saturday to India where he will undergo operations. The medical tourism it was gathered from Omonigho’s father, Abraham Odia was sponsored by Delta State Governor, Dr.Emmanuel Uduaghan.
The two dogs named Gaddafi and Billy (pictured right) that attacked the four-year-old are currently detained in the veterinary cell of the state police command and were paraded in October. The owner, Omonigho’s neighbour, Stanley Wesley has also been charged with assault.
