President Muhammadu Buhari has advocated for the establishment of special court for corrupt cases in view of the snail’s pace of justice.
Buhari made this call in an interview he granted NTA News where he said the idea would speed up the wheels of justice in matters of corrupt cases involving politicians saying, “You have instances of cases lasting for as long as 10 years before they are determined, and in some cases, judges handling the cases may die.
“But if there are special courts, there will be a time frame to conclude the corruption cases and not dragging on unnecessarily.”
