A local footballer in Owerri West Local Government Area of Imo State, Chidubem Ezeagu, has been found dead in a bush where he was buried in shallow grave, a week after he was declared missing by his family.

Chidubem’s terribly distraught family had a week before the shocking discovery of his remains launched a massive manhunt for him after he left home last Sunday at 8,30pm.
That was the last time, the 20-year-old was seen alive. Thereafter he was declared missing on Tuesday, and after a long search and discreet investigation by the police he was found dead in a bush where he was buried in a shallow grave raising suspicion that he was killed allegedly by cultist(s).
