The circumstance surrounding the death of former Commissioner for Agriculture and Cooperatives in Lagos State, Chief Enoch Kolapomoye Olorunfunwa Ajiboso, has been revealed.
Ajiboso died on Sunday at aged, 68, in his hometown, Inisa, in Odo Otin Local Government Area of Osun State where he was the Eesa of Inisa land, second only to the traditional ruler of the town.
Leading up to the demise of the two-time Agege Local Government area of Lagos State chairman he was in a meeting and had the floor when he slumped, sources said.
It was unclear whether he died on the spot or not.
An outpouring of tributes have followed the demise of the ex-Agege chair with the incumbent Council boss, Aare Ganiyu Kola Egunjobi among the tributaries.
