The family of deceased Chifinma Ajoku, the 27-year-old, who died after a container on a moving truck fell on the commercial bus she was in alongside her colleague, Chima Nnaekpe, 29, both workers at Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, have told of their decision to drag Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu to court over the matter.

The harrowing incident happened last Sunday when the deceased were returning from work and the bus they boarded parked to pick up passengers when tragedy struck.
Chifinma, a graduate of Babcock University was said to have gained admission to a university in England for her MBA and ought to have left Nigeria but for COVID-19 outbreak prompting her to defer her traveling.
According to her bereaved brother, Obinna, in an interview he granted Punchng.com, the distraught family is in the process of suing Sanwo-Olu.
However, Obinna did not state the charges the family would press against the governor.
The paper wrote, “Speaking with our correspondent over the phone on Sunday, the deceased’s brother said the family may sue the Babajide Sanwo-Olu government for negligence. ‘We are trying to build up a case right now. My mum is contacting some people in this regard.’
