Gunmen suspected to be cultists who were armed with gun drove into University of Lagos in a saloon car on Monday and shot one student and fired at several others but missed as students were sitting for exams.
The attack victim simply identified as Sapara (pictured), a final year student of Philosophy was in critical but stable condition, eyewitnesses told orijoreporter.
Eyewitnesses said the wounded victim suffered a pellet wound to the head, and was immediately evacuated to Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Idi-Araba.
