A football fan, Dennis Erezi Ogheneweware, whose wife was injured by protesting supporters of Kano Pillar during Match Day 4 of the on-going Nigeria Professional Football League Championship Playoff fixture between the side and Enugu Rangers at the Agege Township Stadium, Lagos on Monday, has called for Home based Super Eagles star, Rabiu Ali’s imprisonment.

Ali, a Kano Pillar player, is at the centre of the violence that marred the match after it ended a goal apiece.
The veteran footballer whose side’s lead was cancelled out via a penalty contested bitterly the decision when the match ended. He attacked the centre referee, causing a complete mayhem to break out with Kano Pillar’s supporters throwing dangerous weapons at the direction of the match officials during which Dennis’ wife was hit in the eye by the objects.
Dennis has taken to twitter to voice his discontent at Ali’s action blaming him for his wife’s injure and demanding for retribution.
The post: “I swear to God, I will keep cursing Rabiu Ali every day I wake up if this stupid player is not jailed. My wife was struck with a stone and bottle in the head during the match.”
