Presidential candidate of All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, said the only thing his arch-rival, Peoples Democratic Party, PDP presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar has to offer if elected President, is to sell anything within his reach
Tinubu cast this aspersion at Atiku on Monday at APC rally held at Godswill Akpabio Stadium, Uyo.
The former Lagos governor charged the gushing APC faithful to not fall victims to the ex-VP’s alleged inclination by voting for him.
He said if Atiku emerged, the people of the state would lose their palm trees to him, saying, “You better watch him before he starts selling the little palm trees that you have left. What we need to do is to develop our country. We have enough gas reservoirs in our land,” Tinubu told the cheering crowd.
The charismatic politician also took a dig at Governor Emmanuel Udo, “Akwa Ibom, you will not suffer again. That boy (Governor Emmanuel Udom) that brought Atiku here, that calls himself governor, tell him enough is enough. He lived in my backyard in Lagos. If not that we are one, I’d have driven him home.”
