Mrs. Ozuruonye Juliet Kalu, mother of Super Eagle winger, Samuel Kalu, has been kidnapped.
Suspected kidnappers laid ambush for Mrs. Kalu along the Okpulu Umuobo area of Aba, Abia State last Wednesday. She was said to be behind the wheels with some of her children in the vehicle when gunmen attacked her and whisked her away.
Consequently, the kidnappers reached out to her relatives via phone call demanding for N3m ransom, which was paid, but subsequently reneged on their promise to release her.
It is unclear whether her son, Girondins Bordeaux Ligue 1 star is aware of the sad incident. However, report said her family are making serious moves to secure her release.
