A politician, Aisha Galadima, who’s close to ex-governor, Nasir El-Rufai, has reportedly been arrested following alleged anti-governor Uba Sani’s remarks.
The incumbent Kaduna governor and his predecessor are having issue bordering on revelations made by Sani that the immediate past administration of El-Rufai threw the state into huge debt.
This he said, eroded the ability of his government to meet its financial commitments, including workers’ salaries.
In turn, one of El-Rufai’s children, Bashir, hit back at the governor alongside the Women Leader in the Kaduna State chapter of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Maryam Suleiman.
Galadima, a chieftain of the APC too, and an El-Rufai’s ally, in the same vein tore into the governor on Facebook.
Report in circulation said the female politician was arrested in her community in the Tudun Wada area of Kaduna on Sunday afternoon by the Department of State Services, DSS, in consequence of making uncomplimentary remarks about Sani.
