Bayelsa State is in shock after one of the sons of former governor of the state, Chief Diepreye Alamieyeseigha, Oyoms was killed in cold blood in Dubai.
Also known as ‘Governor-General of Niger Delta’, a powerful name that has stuck since his father used to be the state governor, Oyoms was reported to have been brutally murdered in his father’s house on Saturday in Abu Dhabi and his body dumped on the staircase.
The deceased was said to be the second son of Chief Alamieyeseigha.
