Ace gospel singer, Sammie Okposo, is dead.
The singer died on Friday morning at aged, 51.
Report on the Internet stated that the singer slumped before he was pronounced dead.
The Wellu Wellu master, as he was fondly called, started his music career as a soundtrack producer for Nollywood in 1992.
He was well-known at that time in the small circle of Nollywood actors and producers.
Recently he was in the news for the wrong reason as a lady under the pseudonym, African doll, accused him of impregnating her and refused to accept responsibility, to which the deceased later owned up and apologised to his now widow, Ozioma.
