A housemaid, Oluwaseun, her son, Mobarak, and one Rilwan have been arrested for allegedly killing the former’s boss, Mrs Iyanuoluwa Adamolekun, in Arigidi Akoko in Akoko North-West Local Government Area of Ondo State.
The trio last week took the life of Adamolekun, a retired teacher life in her room while sleeping and went away with her mobile phone among other valuables.
Sequel, the deceased’s grandchild raised the alarm after she was met with her bloodied body riddled with marks of violence.
Report said it was the stolen mobile phone that gave them out as the police traced it to one of them culminating in their arrest.
The state police public relations officer, Mrs. Funmilayo Odunlami, who confirmed the incident said the suspects were arrested and are currently in detention.
