A video of Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, struggling to read a speech has surfaced online where it is currently trending.

The video was recorded in Kano on Monday at the commissioning of the Nigeria Police Force Technical Intelligence Unit.
In it, Idris is seen reading from a manuscript and missing his words, correcting himself rereading.
A man in suit is also seen making attempt to save the IGP’s blushes but his efforts amount to nothing.
